Returns and Shipping
Shipping: All orders will be shipped in 1 to 2 business days and shipped out priority mail. Please note that orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will not be shipped out until our next business day of Tuesday.

Our Return Policy*: Due to the nature of the products we sell returns must be restricted to a very limited time period. The buyer has no more than 72 hours after delivery of the gown or jewelry to contact us if they wish to return the merchandise. We will then provide the buyer with an authorization code, and ask that the item be shipped back within one (1) business day. Upon receipt of the goods, Chrissy O will refund the purchase price minus original shipping costs. **The purchase of any item listed on our website is considered an acceptance of our return policy, and is subject to approval for both purchase and/or refund**
You may ship your return as soon as you have spoken to us. For your protection, please send all returns via a traceable carrier and in a well-padded box or envelope. We cannot be responsible for returns that are lost or damaged during return shipping. All costs related to return shipping are paid by the customer.
How are refunds processed?
Full refunds, excluding original shipping costs, will be given in the same form of payment used for purchase.
